Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date:
• On which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods, provided that you ordered one or more goods in a single order and these are delivered uniformly;
• On which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods, provided that you ordered one or more goods in a single order and these are delivered separately.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract via email at support@fashora-live.com . You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal notification.

For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will this repayment incur additional costs for you.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than 14 days from the date on which you informed us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You only have to pay for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling that is not necessary for checking the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the goods.

Exclusions and Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:
• For the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for which production depends on an individual choice or decision by the consumer or which are clearly tailored to the consumer’s personal needs;
• For the delivery of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would quickly be exceeded;
• For the delivery of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed upon in the contract and which can be delivered no earlier than 30 days after the conclusion of the contract and whose current value depends on market fluctuations over which the entrepreneur has no control;
• For the delivery of newspapers, periodicals, or magazines, except for subscriptions.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts:
• For the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal was removed after delivery;
• For the delivery of goods that, due to their nature, have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery;
• For the delivery of audio and video recordings and computer software in a sealed package if the seal was removed after delivery.
